Because our products are handcrafted, small‑batch, and made with fresh ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns.
That said, your happiness with your order matters. Refunds may be issued if:

If anything shows up broken, incorrect, or just not right, please email me at thebadapothecary@gmail.com so I can make it right.
Refund Window You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund or report an issue.
How to Request a Refund Just send an email to thebadapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. Photos of damaged items help speed things up.
Damages & Issues Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, reach out right away so I can take care of it.
Refund Timing Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little extra time to post it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t seen it, email me at thebadapothecary@gmail.com and I’ll look into it.
